Internal Defect Removal
Most tubulars have a specified minimum wall thickness which when violated, will cause the length to be classified as rejectable. In many cases, internal imperfections which have been classified as defects during inspection, can be removed without violating minimum wall thickness resulting in Prime Material. We use traditional grinding techniques and customized equipment to internally grind at any distance into the length of the tubular.
No Drift Repair
In some instances. No-Drifts are created after the installation of couplings, and through restrictions in the internal diameter. Unless the restriction is caused by improper handling techniques resulting in dents, it can usually be repaired with out reducing the wall thickness below the specified minimum. Again, we use traditional grinding techniques and customized equipment to internally grind at any distance into the length of the tubular.
